Jeff’s Post – Thankful!

Having just woke up from a food induced and Redskins victory nap, I’m reminded how fortunate I am.  We had a great Thanksgiving today.  The day started out with a gaggle of runners in the minivan on a 1 hr road trip to a Turkey Trot and ended with a great dinner with my parents. I’m pretty sure I did a bit of fitness damage with the huge dinner I ate but you know I’m ok with it, I will work it off over the next few days!

As usual, Tamara rocked the 5k today winning her age group.  I wished I ran a little faster but I’m happy with where I’m heading and I feel like I learned a few things today.  I’ve shared our results (love the auto results email) and some pics below.

From our family to yours – Happy Thanksgiving.  Be safe, Be Happy and Be Thankful!
